Instructions
Cellgenic products should be handled carefully and strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on the individual product packaging, label, insert or official manufacturer documentation.
Before Use
* Check the product name, specification and packaging before use.
* Confirm that the product is within its stated expiry period.
* Inspect the vial, container, seal and packaging for visible damage or compromise.
* Do not use a product where packaging integrity is questionable.
* Follow all storage requirements stated on the product label.
* Where applicable, maintain the required cold chain or temperature-controlled environment.
Storage
Always follow the exact storage temperature and conditions specified for the individual Cellgenic product.
Do not expose products to excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture or inappropriate temperatures.
Products requiring refrigeration, freezing or another controlled environment must remain within the manufacturer’s specified conditions.
Do not assume that all Cellgenic products have identical storage requirements.
Handling
Handle products using appropriate hygiene and professional protocols.
Products designated for professional or clinical use should only be handled, prepared and administered by appropriately qualified professionals and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Do not use a product if:
* The seal has been compromised;
* The container or vial is damaged;
* The product appears abnormal or contaminated;
* It has been stored outside its specified conditions; or
* Its expiry date has passed.
After Delivery
Upon receiving your order:
1. Open and inspect the shipment promptly.
2. Confirm that the correct product has been delivered.
3. Check packaging and product integrity.
4. Immediately transfer temperature-sensitive products to the required storage environment.
5. Retain relevant packaging and batch information until the product has been appropriately used.
If you suspect that a product has been damaged or exposed to inappropriate conditions during transit, do not use it. Contact Cellgenic Pakistan for guidance.
